Great At Work
Morton Hansens new management book Great at Work is the result of 5 years of research and basically says that working less but then obsessing over the details is more effective than working more (up to a point). He also gives examples of disastrous meetings such as the ones that resulted in the destruction of the Space Shuttle Challenger and almost in nuclear war in the Bay Of Pigs.
No question its a great read and insightful. You may care to try Mortons lead magnet which is a test of how effective you are at work and in meetings. https://www.mortenhansen.com/quiz/
